通过酒店令客人满意的服务标准,无论在餐厅或是酒吧为客人提供星级的殷勤好客餐饮服务,最大限度的令客人满意。每位员工都会通过一线水准服务证书,以娴熟的专业水准为客人提供出色的餐饮服务,确令保客人满意。营造健康的工作环境并融入其中。
服务代表是一个包含多种服务技能的职位。你需要具备在宴会部不同的忙碌时间段内,有分别承担食物、酒水、领位、为客户结帐 设台等服务的需要。
我们营运的宗旨是集中在为客户提供始终如一的高质量的服务。
Job Overview:
To ensure total guest satisfaction by providing consistently excellent food and beverage service, in a friendly, competent, and professional manner, maximizing guest’s experience, using Guest Satisfaction Standards. Promoting a fun work environment and being a team player.
A service attendance-Banquet is a multi-skilled role, including at different times, Banquet service, host/hostess, bar service, cashiering & banquet set up. The focus is our guest & consistently high service delivery our operational goal.
