【摘要】 孵化器(英文为Incubator),中国也称为创业中心(Innovation Center),是一种新型的社会经济组织,20世纪50年代发源于美国。它通过提供研发、生产、经营的场地、通讯、网络与办公等方面的共享设施,通过提供系统的培训和咨询、政策、融资、法律和市场推广等方面的支持,用来降低创业企业的创业风险和创业成本,以提高企业的成活率和成功率。武汉东湖新技术创业中心成立于1987年6月,是中国第一家孵化器,是中国孵化器的发源地。孵化器的目标是:以高新区的科技优势、产业发展环境为依托,以服务创新、管理创新、机制创新为核心,把创业中心建成高科技人才和企业的集聚地、技术创新和科技成果转化的示范基地。逐步建成环境优美、设施完善、信息畅通、机制灵活、创新创业氛围浓郁的创业园区。企业孵化器的功能定位是:高层次人才资源开发功能,高科技成果培育转化为生产力的孵化功能,高档次的招商引智功能。中国“十一五”期间孵化器发展的指导思想是:以科学发展观为指导,以培育科技型中小企业和创新型企业为目标,以制度创新、组织创新为突破,坚持“支持创新、鼓励创业、优化环境、拓展功能”的总要求,进一步从整体规模上推动我国孵... 更多还原
