针对在酒店内发现的任何可疑情况及各类案件得到及时有效的处理。

保安部接到情况的案件，值班人员应详细听取案件情况并及时赶到现场，仔细观察，详细记录。

根据案件的性质情况，要逐级向上级领导汇报。

a) 对内部人员闹事，违反规定及治安条例和偷拿酒店内及车主物品者，一经发现，保安部可做深入调查，了解情况，核实后将调查的结果如实上报上级做出相应处理，严重的可交公安机关处理。
