摘要
当今社会发展正朝着信息化、全球化和生态化的方向发展,高度文明化带给人们丰富的物质享受的同时,也带来了一系列的健康问题。国民健康是关系到社会稳定发展的重要因素,我国政府对国民健康一直倾注着极大的关注。虽然人们的健康意识越来越强烈,健身队伍也在不断壮大,但如何科学健身、合理健身已经成为人们亟待解决的问题。体育保健知识的推广可以为大众健身开创一条科学化、合理化的道路。

本文在借鉴前人对大众体育与电视媒体相结合等一系列相关问题研究的基础上,参阅了大量文献,运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对石家庄地区的大众人群的健身现状以及需求进行了研究,找出了大众健身现状存在的诸多问题以及大众健身科学化、合理化的必要性。在此基础上,通过专家就体育保健知识推广的理想途径的研究进行分析,得出电视媒体作为四大媒体中最具势力的媒体之一,是体育保健知识推广过程中最有力的宣传工具。而体育保健的学科知识作为“具有产业性质的的公益事业”,要逐步走向社会化体现其巨大的社会价值,必须充分依靠和挖掘社会各方面的力量。

电视媒体已经成为影响公众生活最快捷、最直接的工具。电视媒体与体育保健的“联姻”,是一个新的市场热点,这种结合不仅为大众科学健身提供必要的理论依据、为大众营造科学健身的社会氛围,同时还能推动体育产业化的不断发展和完善,为电视体育节目的资源开发和内容、形式的创新开辟道路。

The sports health care knowledge promotion may fitness for the populace founds an scientific, the rationalization path.
